To those of you who have received the ticket from Karasu:
Welcome to the island of the Pokémon League. How was your cruise here? We've prepared a hotel room for your temporary stay.
However, while you may want to see this as a vacation, it's not. You have been invited here to challenge the Sinnoh Elite Four. The five of us are the best Trainers in all of Sinnoh. It will take everything you've got to defeat us.
If you do manage to do so, then you will be given the title of New Champion. As New Champion, you will be the next opponent for any challengers, after they defeat me. Like that's gonna happen.
If a challenger defeats a New Champion, they will assume the position and the previous New Champion will step down.
However, rest assured that it will be an overwhelmingly difficult task to triumph over all five of us.
First, you will face Aaron, a master Bug-type trainer.

Hello! Welcome to the Pokémon League! I'm Aaron of the Elite Four. It's good to meet you. Oh, I should explain, I'm a huge fan of bug Pokémon. Bug Pokémon are nasty-mean, and yet they're beautiful, too... Would you like to know why I take on challengers here, in this room? It's because I want to become perfect, just like my bug Pokémon! Well, well. You're quite the adorable Trainer, but you've also got a spine. Ahaha! I'm Bertha. I have a preference for Ground-type Pokémon. Well, would you show this old lady how much you've learned? My team is as follows:  Level 66 Whiscash - Female Holding Nothing Oblivious Sandstorm, Earth Power, Aqua Tail, Zen Headbutt  Level 69 Gliscor - Female Holding Nothing Hyper Cutter Earthquake, Ice Fang, Night Slash, X-Scissor  Level 68 Golem - Female Holding Nothing Sturdy Earthquake, Stone Edge, Explosion, Hyper Beam  Level 68 Hippowdon - Female Holding Nothing Sand Stream Yawn, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Crunch  Level 71 Rhyperior - Female Holding Sitrus Berry Solid Rock Earthquake, Megahorn, Rock Wrecker, Hammer Arm Dear child, if you become the victor you'll earn 17050P. The Trainer in the next room is a much more formidable opponent. You really must have your wits about you. However, I think you can go as far as you desire. |

They say I am the toughest of the Elite Four. I'm afraid I will have to go all out against you to live up to that reputation. It means that you've triumphed over any personal weaknesses, too. The power you learned...I can feel it emanating from you. But that's enough talk. Let's get on with why you're here. I would like to remind all of you that all Elite Four challenges will be a single topic per challenge. The topic will remain active until you are defeated, or you have defeated Cynthia or the New Champion.
You may use items during and in between battles.
Post this to make a challenge:

Either Cynthia or Aaron will respond, and remind you of the general rules. At that point, you may either continue forward or back out. Once you continue, there is no leaving. You may not hold side battles in other topics.
