Staff Restructure

The staff of TSR has been less than stellar at doing their jobs.

At the moment, I believe the only staff that truly deserve their positions are Fhq, SomeoneF, and Saorren.

So, because of this, the staff will soon be restructured.

Every inactive staff member will be watched to make sure they're actually moderating battles and not just sitting there.

In addition, Kairi has been restored to a regular member at her own request.
