Board Deletion

The following boards may soon be deleted:

Sinnoh Underground > Recolor Station
Jubilife Plaza > Jubilife Ranger Base
Jubilife Plaza > The Stadium
Veilstone Game Corner > All
Wi-Fi Plaza > The Union Room

In addidion, the Pixel Art Gallery and Graphic Art Gallery in Smeargle Art Museum will soon be merged into a single Art Gallery.

The Recolor Station, Ranger Base, Stadium, and Union Room being deleted is fine with me.
For the Veilstone Game Corner, we could just form all the Pokmon boards into one and move that to General.
The merge of the galleries is alright with me. =P
