as your pidgey is only level 1 it may not use wing attack which is learned at level 33

(i will assume you mean tackle <.< rather than ask you to change again *i use serebii as attack reference*)

i check in the diamond pearl section if you click a Pokmons name and scroll down the page a little it will show attacks and the level learned ,etc
would you like to attack again?
