Main Rules
Do not double post and try not to go too far off topic.
Basically, don't post twice or more in a row, and don't say "LOL CHIKORITA IS SO EPIC AND COOL" in a topic about Digimon. Actually, don't say that at all in the first place, since that would constitute spam.
ONE account per person.
Unless you have permission, you should only have one account on this site. If you are found to have more than one account, you'd better have a good reason.
Please be nice, respect others, and be polite.
Also self-explanatory. No flaming.
Keep everything PG.
You know what a PG movie is like, correct? This roleplay is PG and we don't want anything rated R here. Basically, no pornography, racism, and unnecessary swearing.
Please do not ask to go up in a rank or to be staff.
We only pick those who deserve it. However, there may be another chance for you to be promoted in the future. If you ask, you will probably never be on our team or you will always be a helper.
Use minor chatspeak, no spamming.

Do not abuse your staff powers.
If you become an admin somehow, don't destroy the forum. If you do you'll be kicked off our team.

If you aren't a mod don't act like one. Simple.
You are allowed to link to other forums, and are even encouraged to promote them. You may not, however, annoy or harass people to join. This especially includes PMs.
The more you annoy us, the less likely we are to join.
Roleplay Rules
Do not ask to obtain rare Pokémon.
There are plenty of rare Pokémon in the game. You just have to look for them.
Don't steal others' Pokémon or items, adding Pokémon or items you don't have, or shoplift from the Poké Mart.
Don't add it to your Inventory if you don't own it.
You cannot godmod.
Godmodding is when you get everything in the roleplay or somehow make yourself invincible, unbeatable, or extremely powerful in an impossible ammount of time, somewhat like hacking a game with Action Replay or GameShark. You can collect Pokémon on here, of course, but if we see that you have all four hundred and ninety-three in a day, well, we will know that you "hacked."
Do not mod your own battles.
It should be obvious that people who mod their own battles tend to give themselves unfair advantages, including rare Pokémon seemingly out of nowhere.
Helpers can double post if they're doing their own berry picks, digs, shop purchases, etc.
Self-explanatory. This applies to everything except battles.
Helpers, do not mod "officially designated" battles unless you have been specifically allowed to.
This pertains to special events. for each event, there are a certain few people who are the only ones allowed to mod a specific battle from it, usually a battle with a legendary.
Do not attempt to skip gyms - you must go in order.
I'm at Brock's gym! Well, I'm gonna skip all the way to Giovanni's! I beat the game! NO. JUST NO.
RPG Guidelines
Starter Pokémon can be any Pokémon that isn't considered a legendary.
The ones you cannot start with are Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Rotom, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus. Rotom is included for other reasons.
