I have an idea to solve this sort of problem......
pick one specific time zone and use that for this thread as a reference for when a person has posted 5 times
It might be a good idea to update the first post with which time zone it is though(just an idea)

edit: ok, i managed to update it on the rules part...so sorry for misunderstanding earlier. Now the 5 post thing will go by Eastern standard time. Right now this post for me is 4:18, so you can refer to that...or just look up the time difference.
