To get to the Lost Cave, you must first go through cycling road (of course). However, you must go through five trainers: two cyclists, two bikers, and a roughneck. You are allowed to heal inbetween each match (your Pokémon dont get fully healed until the end).
Post that to start going through the battles. All battles will be one topic. When youre ready for the next trainer, post whats in the code again. Once you finished the five trainers, I guess I can go and post confirming you got through, giving you access to the lost cave.
