I will now concede defeat. But I think you came to see how great Bug-type Pokémon can be. I hope you also realized what you're up against in the Pokémon League. Battling is a deep and complex affair...
Flame, you get 16560P for defeating me.
I lost with the most beautiful and toughest of the bug Pokémon... We lost because I wasn't good enough... That's it! Back to training camp! Let's hear it for me! No... That was wrong... Anyway... Go on to the next room! Three Trainers are waiting for you. They are all tougher than me.
Go on, go to the next room. I'm going to become a top-level Trainer who can't be outclassed with my beautiful and tough bug Pokémon!

Well. Looks like you've beaten Aaron.
He put up quite a fight. Looks like your team's been worn down a bit.
Calculate the EXP and any levels you would have gained.
And remember, your team stays exactly as it is unless you use your own healing items.
Heal what you want and then move on.

Max Potion on both Metagross and Dragonite.
Cynthia, how much HP does Leftovers restore on here? It should be 1/16 meaning Meta gains 500 per turn...
No PP restoring items, Thunderpunch won't help against Bertha.
And how is it that Dragonite's Fire Blast OHKO'd Scizor but Froslass's Thunderbolt 4HKO'd Z's Gyarados?

I'll have to check with Z. I don't think the value's been standardized yet.
Metagross@Leftovers 8000/8000 0/15 Thunderpunch 6/10 Earthquake
Dragonite@Life Orb 8000/8000 14/20 Aerial Ace 19/20 Dragon Dance 4/5 Fire Blast
Ask Aaron about Fire Blast; it was his battle. No idea what Z was thinking either. Although isn't Fire Blast stronger than Thunderbolt?
If Aaron made a mistake though, I can promise you that you won't be seeing him for a while.
And did your money ever get added?
Once everything's sorted out, say you're ready to face Bertha.

Just added my money.
Fire Blast -is- stronger, but not enough to turn a 1HKO into a 3HKO. And Froslass has more Special Attack.
I am ready to face Bertha. I will lead with my Empoleon.

Not so fast. You're not continuing until we get this damage mess sorted out. I'll try to get Aaron here and explain himself. And anyway, you can't officially continue until you read this post.

There's a problem with damage inputs?
Well, personally, I think a Fire Blast from your Dragonite should KO my Scizor. My damage calculations and inputs are different from Z's. If your Froslass' Thunderbolt is a 4HKO for Gyarados, that's because Z chose for it to be a 4HKO. In my opinion that would be a 1HKO, or at worst a 2HKO. If you have a problem with Fire Blast being a 1HKO, then I can always change it to a 4HKO...
Of course, battles here are very different from normal Pokémon battles in Pokémon games, so if either Cynthia or you want me to change the damage, I'll change it. Sorry for the tiny wall of text and mess this is causing.

Ugh, Aaron...
At least you're right about something. You're not Z.
Z's definitely more conservative with giving out damage. Trust me, I know him well enough to say that.
And based on that, I can see why it was a 1HKO on Scizor. Double type advantage, combined with the level difference, the fact that Dragonite's base Sp. Atk. is 20 points higher than Scizor's base Sp. Def., and Dragonite's Life Orb, all spell a fiery doom for Scizor.
Flame, can we end this mess so you can continue on to Bertha?

Well, well. You're quite the adorable Trainer, but you've also got a spine.
Ahaha! I'm Bertha. I have a preference for Ground-type Pokémon.
Well, would you show this old lady how much you've learned?
Flamewire, are you prepared for battle?
